DJI PHANTOM ANTENNA BOOSTERS

The Phantom 4 has a 5 km (3.1 mile) maximum range from the controller to the drone, although generally speaking I find its nothing like this! Sometimes people ,may want more range.
 

There are no official range extenders released by DJI and DJI does not recommend hardware modifications.
 

There are some cheap yet much quite effective boosters available that provide around 15-20% range boost (About 1 km) (some people suggest more, depending on conditions), They are very inexpensive and installs in 2 seconds. (You just slip them on like a sock), and more importantly it does not void your warranty.

You do need to remember they are directional so remember to point the shiny side towards your drone to achieve maximum connection. Standing just a little off line results in a connection like your normal antenna.
